Terms of Service

Private alpha · effective 2026-04-17 · plain language, short.

1. Who can use feetornot

You must be 18 or older. By creating an account you attest that you meet this age. We may terminate accounts that misrepresent age, and will report suspected minor accounts to appropriate authorities where required by law.

2. What we ask you for

We do not ask for gender, gender preference, race, religion, political affiliation, disability status, sexual orientation, or any other protected-class data. This is deliberate.

3. What you upload

You upload a short set of feet photos. Photos are reviewed by human moderators before becoming visible to anyone else. Content that is explicit, depicts a minor, or violates applicable law is rejected and reported.

Do not upload photos that aren't of your own feet. Do not attempt to upload another person's photos, scraped images, or generated imagery presented as a real person. Violations result in permanent account termination.

4. Rating, matching, and consent

Ratings you give are private to you until and unless a match resolves. The mutual-bar rule means a match only reveals both ratings if both sides' bars are cleared simultaneously with mutual profile compatibility on the kids numbers.

You agree that your own ratings may be revealed to a specific matched person if and only if that match resolves. They are never revealed to anyone else.

5. Conduct

No harassment, no slurs, no threats, no non-consensual solicitation. One strike for severe violations; bans are permanent. You can report any account or any photo from inside the app; reports are answered within 24 hours.

6. Deletion and retention

7. No warranty; no guarantee of matches

feetornot is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that you'll match with anyone, that anyone you match with will reply, or that the service will be available on any particular schedule during the private alpha.

8. Changes to these terms

When material terms change, we notify active accounts in-app and by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance. If you don't accept, close the account — a one-click action on the profile page.

9. Contact

Questions, bug reports, abuse reports: use the Feedback panel in the bottom-right corner of any page. For legal inquiries: the contact address is published in the account closure confirmation email.
